I thought I would get more traffic here.

I'm going for my birthday with my SO and my sister. I want a nice birthday dinner. Any recs on restaurants on the strip? TIA

If you want an unbelievable view of the strip, I recommend Mix at the top of TheHotel at Mandalay Bay.  Even if you don't do dinner, you can go to the bar there.  Very nice.
