I think that's definitely a "see in the store, try on in the store" dress. While it's got great potential to be cute, it's also leaning a little into the cute-for-a-high-schooler category.

I think without that extra bit of pattern at the bottom of the dress it would be great, particularly with red patent flats, but it's definitely going to need a look at in Target to be sure.

I'm not personally a fan, but then again I'm not much into patterns anyway. I do like the cut and I don't think the dress too young.
