Altering leather jacket??

I bought this jacket over the weekend:


INC International Concepts® Glazed Leather Jacket, Lace Camisole & Dark-Wash Jean


It's a really pretty pinkish/lilac leather.  I have really broad shoulders, so it's a little short in the arms, but fits really well everywhere else  If I got a size bigger to fit my shoulders would I be able to get it tailored since it's leather?
