What do you do when ebay buyer doesn't pay?

I'm so annoyed.  I sold a Juicy velour dress on ebay - the auction ended one week ago today - and the buyer still hasn't paid me.  I sent her an email asking (in a very friendly tone) when she was going to pay.  No response.

Then last night I noticed that she was on ebay yesterday and left feedback for another item!  So she's seen my email and knows she has to pay - why is she avoiding me?!?!?

This hasn't happened to me before - some people have taken their easy time paying, but I think it's getting weird.

I looked around on ebay and it looks like I can report an unpaid item 7 days after the auction ends.  Should I do this?  Should I email her again?  It's annoying, but if I had to, I could probably relist it and sell it for a similar price - but I don't want to somehow with negative feedback from all of this.  Why can't people just live up to their part of the deal?!?!?

I was told by ebay that that person has 30 days from when the auction ends to pay for the item, before they will do anything about.

You could always try emailing her again and tell her that if you don't hear from her by a certain day then you are going to relist the item and notify ebay. A threat ususally seems to get people to respond.

I wouldn't worry too much about negative feedback. If a person has an outstanding amount of negative feedbacks then I will not buy from them, but I ususally don't let a few stop me. I realize that there are jerks out there.
