So, it looks like of 6 buyers, 2 are flaking out on me. My question is - how much time do you give people to pay? One buyer is totally ignoring all my e-mails (I have e-mailed her a few times through eBay and directly) and the other is asking all these questions about shipping and saying she needs it sooner (even though it says on the auction shipping won't be fast!!).
Argh. The other buyers were all super fast and nice. WHY do people bid if they're not going to pay? I don't get that at all. And if I leave negative fb they will just do the same to me.

this is completely typical... i always have one or two who don't contact me at all for 3 days to up to a week. and i think... wait a sec, you were clearly online a second ago to put in that final bid on my item, yet you never check your fcking email?!
i think you need to just give them a couple more days. ebay lets you send out second notices. as for the shipping flake, that person agreed to your selling terms and that was a contract so... tough. just be condescendingly polite and tell her you're a law-abiding ebayer and are following through on the terms the two of you agreed upon to your utmost ability.

well repeat to her that the auction stated it wouldn't be super fast shipping and if she needs it sooner get a quote from the post office or ups on how much it will cost and tell her to pay the extra shipping.
