so in the beginning of JUNE i ordered 2 duvet covers. they were each 119.00. i never got a shipping confirmation so when 2 weeks passed, i called to see what the deal was; i was told they were on backorder. i said that if i would have know they were on backorder i wouldn't have ordered and asked if i could cancel my order. they siad no, it was already in process, but they would take care of the shipping. i just recieved them about a week ago. in the meantime, they were marked down to more than half off. i called about that, asking if i could get them at the sale price, the SA said yes. so my card is charged for 260; full price including shipping. and brocade home is "undergoing transitions" and can't accept new orders. there are no CS reps there and no real people to say anything to... no email, nothing. i want my 150.00 bucks back!! how can i get in touch with these people?? write a letter? that's crap.

I think Brocade Home is going out of business. There have been tons of people with problems with their orders. I am not really sure what you can do at this point since you did recieve the order. They are owned by the same company as Restoration Hardware, but I am not sure if that is any help. Best of luck!
ugh, I've been having issues with them too. I ordered a duvet cover a while back (right before the site went down!) and never got it. I called a few times and they keep saying that its been pulled and has a shipping label on it, but its still in the warehouse. At this point I'm starting to doubt I'll ever get it.
