Someone from HR just called me and they want me to pose for a photo of "what to wear to a creative interview" on Thursday. She told me because I'm "so well dressed all the time" and I work in the creative department that she wanted to use me as an example. Apparently, they're doing some workshop for college kids about what to wear and what not to wear for an interview.
I'm amused that in a company of 500 people, my wardrobe stands out as well dressed and creative.
Now I have to figure out what to wear. I've been feeling frumpalicious lately, so a full length photo kind of sucks, but oh well. At least I'm getting a haircut on Wednesday evening, so my hair will look smashing.
That's so cool! What an affirmation! Your threadstyles are always great, you wear flattering colors with an artsy vibe, it's no wonder you have been picked for this!

That's great! Nice to know your style is appreciated. And I too can see why, you do have a way with putting together creative work outfits, I always love the way you layer. And yup, you'll need to post a pic of what you wear
Hehe. I just checked the invite list for other people who are doing this and it appears to be what I would consider the company's "pretty people." Don't take that as me being vain. I was just amused that I got lumped in there. And I'm also the oldest of the bunch by a few years (I'm 29, they're all about 22 or 23). I'm feeling pretty good about myself today-- I'm fashionable, pretty, and don't look my age (at least according to the organizers of this event). Ha! Hilarious.
