morning ladies!


b: homemade wheat free cereal & soy milk


s: apple sauce cup (no sugar added)


l: shrimp, pancetta & broccoli pasta


s: celery & smidge of pb


d: grilled chicken, asparagus, 3 beans


workout: abs class, arms, 20 min cardio

I did weights for my lower body this morning.

Breakfast - oatmeal w/skim milk; coffee

Meal #1 - 2 slices of whole wheat toast, red. fat mozarella cheese, tomato, lettuce sandwich; yogurt

Meal #2 - whole wheat bun, soy burger, tomato, lettuce; baby carrots

Dinner - not sure yet. I was supposed to go out, but plans changed, so I guess I'm eating in.

I didn't even get to do my pilates last night 'cause I spent an hour and a half cooking!  Arghh!  We are having leftovers tonight so I can get my a$$ in gear!


Breakfast:  Raisin Bran, Orange, Non-fat Latte


Snack:  Apple


Lunch:  Low-fat chicken tortilla soup, carrots, diet soda, cheese stick


Dinner:  Leftover chicken parmesan, salad


2x the pilates tonight since I missed yesterday!

More snack: small can tomato juice and ww granola bar


Lunch: small burrito


Dinner: soy chicken wrap

D: don't know. I was planning on chili again but I kind of feel like stir fry. or pancakes.


S: Fat Free Butterscotch pudding


Probably no workout tonight. I did an hour of yoga and a half hour of pilates last night when I was procrastinating doing my paper, and I am still sore.

Breakfast: Hot chocolate and a piece of breakfast bread


Lunch: Roast beef sandwich, pretzel, 1 m&m cookie


Snack: 5 Hershey's dark chocolate kisses


Dinner: Turkey sub with lettuce and oil/vinegar


Workout: 20 minutes ellipticals, 2 miles on bike, 5 minutes on rowing machine

I had a horrible workout.  They closed before I got everything done.  I did get in 20 min cardio and hamstrings, calves.

Breakfast: 1/2 banana & sm. bowl of rice chex w/skim milk


Lunch: steamed veggies & white rice


Snack: Orange


Dinner: Chopped salad w/veggies


1.5 hour yoga class tonight.
