If you have it or have seen it in Old Navy, could you answer some questions about it for me?  What is the length like?  How sheer is it (do I need a cami underneath)?  Is it too loose fitting or very fitted or in between--I guess I am asking does it look frumpy looking?  I really want the black one.

I have it! It hits about at my natural waist, so it's semi-cropped I guess. I definitely recommend wearing something under it. I just put mine on over my white beater and I could see it through the cardigan. I do have the green one though, so maybe the black one wouldn't be as sheer.

As far as fit goes, I bought mine about 2 sizes larger than needed because I like my stuff a little looser. But, it is labeled as "Tiny Fit", so I would assume that it's going to be fairly fitted if you get your actual size. It all depends on how loose you really want it to be. I have a 34C chest and bought it in the XL. If I had bought it so it was fitted (and not gaping at the buttons) I personally would not have bought it any smaller than the L. A medium probably would have had slight gaping at the biggest part of my chest.

Hope that helps, if not, feel free to ask more questions!

Thanks.  That helps me alot.  I had wanted this shrug from BR to go with a skirt I bought from JCrew, but I was waiting for it to go on sale and unfortunately it sold out first.  I called several BR's but they don't have it and I really don't want to spend $68 plus tax and shipping on it anyway.  I thought the black one at ON might be a good substitute.  :
