One of my good friends is getting married at the end of this month (August 30th). It's been kind of a whirlwind engagement, and because this is the first of my friends to get married, I don't have a wardrobe of dresses to wear to weddings. I'm also trying to avoid buying anything (I'm going into my 4th year of university... fundage is low).

I wore this dress to Christmas party, but I'm wondering if it will work for this wedding. It's kind of a funny time of year... summer, but almost fall. I don't want to look too wintery though.

What do you think?



PS my cleavage isn't quite as substantial as in the picture, so no worries about appropriateness.

Very pretty! The only thing I would say is if it's a church wedding I might wear a shrug or cardi for the ceremony.
