STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

For the past 6 months I have been miserable at my job.  My boss is a jerk and doesn't have the social skills required of a clinical director (IMO anyways).  Anyhow, my dream is to work in the eating disorders field as a therapist and have my own practice someday.  I've been looking for a new job forever and finally I feel like my prayers have been answered.  I've been voluteering at an eating disorders clinic for a few months and last week they approached me about the possibility of working there part time.  Of course I was thrilled but then I started to feel nervewracked because it took them awhile to figure out how much money they could pay me and how many hours.  Alas, today they offered me a position and I accepted and am sooooo excited!!!  I feel like I'm finally making a step towards my career (besides school of course) and I can't wait to give my boss my 2 weeks notice tomorrow.  I just wanted to share my great news because I feel so happy!!!!
