honey or anyone else who knows about devi kroell--what's the difference between the gold and the matte gold on the classic bag?

this one's the gold and it's now $1,197, but orig. $1995---should i go for it?  it would blow my budget for the next month but how hot is this bag?!

yeah, that's the one but i don't know if she carries the gold or the matte gold.  i know, i know, i'm such a copycat but i can't help it, it's a really pretty bag!  and you're right it's a ton of money...what to do, what to do??

i didn't mean you were copycatting, i was just trying to get an idea of the size of it, because i am always struck by how enormous that bag is that she carries.  that would be my only issue with it--there would be certain places where you probably wouldn't/couldn't carry such a large bag.  but it's gorgeous.  and the worst part: you know that b**** jessica got hers for free.

yup, it's the huge version...but goshdarnit this gold v. matte gold uncertainty is killing me.  like here's the matte gold according to the devi kroell website...



and here's the gold... (but it seems to only come in medium according to the devi kroell website)



now, doesn't the one on sale on the vivre website look like the matte gold more than the gold?  assuming it's real?

The first one you posted doesn't look similiar in colour to either of those two, although if forced I would say #1 looks more similiar. And it's so difficult to decipher colour online anyway, everybody has their monitor set differently.

my very limited two cents. i think the one you posted is the matte gold. i think it might be one of those things were vivre has a limited selection so they just called it gold.  maybe you could call them.


more importantly YOU SHOULD GET THAT BAG! i think it's pretty big and it's soooo hot. i wonder if i took a picture with that bag, and sent it to my landlord, he'd understand why i didn't pay my february rent?

ok guys, i'm calling them right now--i think i am going to get it!!!


 


ETA:  just called vivre and the girl said it was discontinued!! and she was really unhelpful when i asked why it was still on the website then--argh!! so of course now i want the bag like ten times more than i did before!
