Back in October I was frantic about finding an outfit for my boss's daughter's wedding. Well I couldn't find anything in stores that was classy enough for me. Then I got it in my head that I wanted to wear a cable knit short sleeve sweater with a silk skirt. Well I called them b/c I remembered that they had a cashmere one and a wellsley cable one. They were no longer on the internet and the cashmere one was from last year. Well this girl that helped me on the phone searched through their archives of old catalogs for me, found the sweaters sent them 2 day air, and waived the shipping fee and told me to have a great time at the wedding. I was so impressed!

I really love J.Crew. They always seemed to really helpful. If they don't have something I want they will order from the catalog and have it sent to my home and the shipping is always free. There is also never anyone in the store. It is like I have my own personal J.Crew store.

Yeah but I hate the "no exchange and return policy" on the final sale item.....


Without trying it on, no way I am going to buy it online.....
