1/24 diet & workout

morning ladies!  the detox diet is officially over!!  now i'm planning on just eating healthy & working out.


breakfast: organic whole grain cereal & soy milk


snack: one cookie (i've been waiting 3 wks to eat these, my boss brought them back from hawaii!)


lunch: marinated sauteed veggies over brown rice


snack: 1/3 mango


b4 gym snack: pbj sandwich (sugar free jam & whole wheat bread, so kinda healthy)


dinner: grilled salmon (probably marinate first) & steamed broccoli


dessert/evening snack: handful almonds & cashews


workout: arms & 40 min. elliptical (i skipped friday & saturday & all i did yesterday was walk on the beach for an hour or so- also included the heart attack stairs on the way there & back)

Breakfast: banana walnut oatmeal with extra bananas


Snack: banana creme pudding (SF kind yucky!)


Lunch: Corn dog, pear


Snack: apple


Dinner: chicken rollup with strawberries and a veggie, ice cream sandwich


Exercise: not sure.  Its really cold here and I'm in class from 1:30-8

Well my trainer just kicked my ass! I know I burned alot of calories
I'm starting my cleansing today so its just boring stuff for the next 2-3 days.

I was pretty good all weekend.  Not great but pretty good . . . I made chicken spaghetti last night just for you LSU!


Breakfast: Shredded wheat w/banana & skim milk, coffee


Snack:  Coffee, Apple


Lunch:  Chicken tortilla soup, orange, diet coke


Dinner:  Tilapia, salad, steamed green beans, 1 glass red wine


Jump rope tonight, situps and legs

Oh I could go for that again.  Its my comfort food ever since my grandmother had chemo.  When she would have chemo we would wait about 4 days afterwards and make it for her and she would start feeling better.  It was our little thing.

For some reason my workout went by sooooo fast. Oh, I hit a car in the parking lot of the gym and I still worked out! Here's what I did:


-45 minutes cardio (stair stepper, treadmill, elliptical)


-calve raises, weighted calve raises, side lunges, straight-leg deadlifts, hamstring curl.
