what to wear with

I bought a skirt a while ago but really can't figure out how to dress it down enough for work. Any suggestions? Its similar to this one but the background is red and it has black flowers.


edit- ok, I can't figure out how to get the pic to post, but its a brocade pencil skirt....red silk with mid-sized balck flowers all over.
