I'd love some help with locating an item!

I once saw this mini purse, a small frame one that looked a bit like this Lucky wristlet below, only more of a north-west, like this Lulu Guinness below. It wasn't a wristlet, it had a long brass chain to wear across your body. It had some kind of embellishment too, but I don't remember what kind.
