multivitamin and don't know what brand is best (I went to my local health food place and the choices were overwhelming!!) What do you all take on a daily basis or recommend? Thank you!
I am so iffy on multis. You really have to read up on the individual vitamins/minerals and make sure they have enough and not too much of the different ones. Make sure there's not too much Vitamin A - a lot of cheaper multis overdo the A and that's not good. Also make sure they have enough of ALL types of the B vitamins, and minerals as well. Often the "stress" formulas are high B, and the ones specifically designed for women can be better than the general ones as well.
