10 oz (93%) lean beef 1 med onion, diced 2 (2 z) cans diced tomatoes 2 med zucchini, diced 2 med yellow squash, diced 1 (15oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained 2 (15oz) cans F/F beef broth 4 celery stalks, diced 2 bell peppers, diced 1 (1 1/4 oz) package dry chili seasoning
Spray large non stick skillet with Pam and set over medium high heat. Add beef and onion and sauté until browned. Transfer the meat mixture to a large soup pot and add remaining ingredients. Bring to simmer over med heat. Simmer until vegetables are tender. (about 30 mins)

Jackie have you checked Dottie's website yet? She has a ton of recipes in the message boards. Down and the bottom there are tons in different categories and then if you go in the age groups (20s, 30s, etc) you will find more recipes at the top of the board with the ones people have tried and liked the most.
