Today I'll do 30-45 minutes cardio and the following:


tricep dips, extension, pull downs


chect press machine, incline chest press, flat bench chest press


shoulder press, upright rows

I really wanted to do kickboxing but I woke up too late--the class is at 9:30am.  They have boxing at 11 but I love kicking so it's not the same.  I'll probably just do cardio and weight training for as long as I'm feeling it.
