Has anyone bought from them before? I am trying to order a skirt but whenever I click on it on their site I get an 'error' message - it's been like that for 2 days. When I called them they seemed really flaky ("oooh, I don't know why it's doing that - call back in couple of days...no, hours!") - the hell? Anyway, if anyone has experience with them, what was it like?

They suck. I have never been happy with them. Whenever I call they always seem very annoyed like I am bothering them and they can never help.

I bought a top from them about 6 months ago, and didn't like it on me so I returned it. It took 3 months before the credit showed up on my Mastercard as well as the countless phone calls trying to get the damned credit.

Afterwards they sent me a GC for my inconveinence, I thought ok this is cool so I looked around and tried to order, no luck! The damned GC was for clearance items only but could I find that ANYWHERE on the f'ing thing? NO (sorry I get hostile at times )

I gave the GC to my daughter and she bought a bunch of sale crap, that said the junk she bought was delivered in 4 days with a confirmation within the 1/2 hr.

Bleh, thanks for posting. I really want the stupid skirt, too. The person I spoke to on the phone did sound very rushed and borderline annoyed. I hate it when people in stores are like that.

Usually the people on the other side of the line are the salesgirls at the B&M store (which would explain why at least one of them has their ear attached to the phone). I've never shopped online but I have gone to the B&M store and they've never been anything other than cool. However, they don't seen to know much about anything stockwise and are only useful for "is this cute or no?"...

i haven't bought online from them, but have been in to the brick and mortar store and was very unimpressed.  as lilykind noted somewhere else, the shop is basically a bare-bones, completely undecorated box with a few racks of clothing.  the girls in there were really snotty, and acted as if i were shopping in ron herman instead of some crappy ugly box on godforsaken pico boulevard.  i was so turned off that i have never gone back.

that said, they did have the widest selection of pucci scarves i have seen anywhere, so if/when i decided to splurge on one of those, i would probably suck it up and go back in.  they seem way too disorganized to order online from, though.

I'm sorry...this cracked me up.

It really is in the middle of nowhere, though. Oh and their return policy blows in the B&M too. STORE CREDIT ONLY?
