Hey Carmen, it's not the weekend yet! LOL!

I am in a self imposed no shopping mode right now, except for an Ebay auction I have my eye on for a jacket. But Ebay doesn't really count, does it?

I have been window shopping...

Almost $4,000 in my Anthropologie shopping cart

Won't be buying anything though.  I must confess I spent $3,000 at Anthro right before and after Christmas. I am severely punishing myself now with no shopping until March.  Ok, ok, I did buy three suits from JCrew and a few accessories for a trip, but I may not keep them all, depending on how they fit/look.

ETA: Swimsuits, not regular suits.

It's okay Carmen... I started early too!

I ordered these boots earlier in the week and just got them today. They are actually more of a teal color than green and I love them.

Last week I bought the first pair of French Connection jeans. I love the fit and the colored pockets so much. I'm not really a jeans person but I decided I needed another pair so I ordered the second pair, which are similar but the fit and pocket design are different.

I'm sure I'll do more damage tomorrow too.

Yup, the truth is out. I am LUSTING over that vest! It would complete my whole "I'm an old librarian look".

Actually I had my eye on some Sephora cosmetics I just bought as well as a BR leather jacket.

Seriously I HAVE to be good, but as I said Ebay doesn't count. I'm watching this other adorable pair of shoes, boucle and multi colored, totally impractical but fun and cheap.

I've been doing some window shopping there myself - my shopping cart is up to $5,300!

the shopping hiatus isn't going too well. i went to loehmann's and got this james perse shirt in white and black for $27 each. i was actually only going to get one, but when i went back to check the rack before paying, the black one had "miraculously" appeared. it was obviously a sign. also for you juicy fanatics loehmann's had a plethora of juicy stuff (velour, terry, fleece) at $50 a piece, and some were even an additional 20% off.

Honey, you live in NJ, right?  What Loehmanns do you go to?  The Loehmann's by me sucks and they never have Juicy or James Perse or basically anything I would want to buy.  I'm wondering though, if you go to the same one I do and I just miss the good stuff somehow.

I haven't bought anything yet.  I have been on a shopping hiatus until I lose weight and it's spring.  I do need to buy a cute top to go out tomorrow night and I need to buy a dress to wear to a wedding by this time next month.

At least with window shopping we can shop with abandon.   I did end up divulging in a few things:

Here are the two swim suits I ended up liking from J Crew:

i went to the loehmann's on 18th & 7th in the city. but i think that most loehmann's might have got the shipment, b/c the stuff wasn't picked over, so i'm assuming it had just come in. which loehmann's do you go to? is it accessible via public transportation? i actually prefer shopping in jersey since there's no tax. but it can be such a pain to get to plaeces w/out a car.

oh, also bought a pillow top feather bed, cute cami and underwear set, and a photo album to put all our house renovations pictures in.
