this skirt is called the "bareballer".  is there a meaning that has gone over my head, or am i getting it?  chip and pepper are such little rascals.

umm, i'm assuming it' a reference to how short the skirt is - and what would be in danger of sticking out if it were worn by a guy. maybe it's also a play on ball bearer.

Maybe they are saying it is so short that you need to go bare (as in, get a wax)?  I don't get the ball part though.
