Has anyone tried it? Is it worth the hefty price? And is it just for dry skin because I have combination and don't know how it would react. Any info. would be helpful and much appreciated. Thanks!

I've heard that it is way too creamy for combo skin -- it was developed to treat burned skin, so I think it's probably best for dry to v dry skin. I know they make a lighter lotion , too. I'm not sure how 'lite' it is. You might want to check out MakeUp Alley to read reviews. They're likely to be mixed, however. A lot of ppl can't get over the cost, for what it does (or doesn't) do.

The Make Up Alley reviews are mixed.  I've also been curious about it, but I don't want to dish out $100.00 for a creme that I won't be absolutely thrilled about.

it's really not for combo skin. dont' let anyone say that it is... it's NOT! you could use it as an eye cream but definitely not for the rest of your face.

Is it really a miracle creme?  Does it make that much of a difference than other cremes?

I used to fork out the $$ for creme de la mer for about 2 years and I have combination skin.  I did notice my skin became more even and not as dry in the winter.  But I can't justify spending that much money on a cream meant for wrinkles when I don't have them yet.

I have combo skin & didn't have any problems w/it.  The key is to swirl the moisturizer on your fingertips & then pat onto your face instead of smearing it like Peanut Butter on your face.

However, I found that Perricone's Face Finishing Moisturizer was JUST as good & only cost $50.  Get samples of both & do test drive (one on each side of your face) before committing to either.
