Does anyone know who makes shorts like these? I have seen some one shopbop but they looked shorter. Any ideas?

My Old Navy still has some from the summer on clearance (long w/cuffs in a few different colors).  If you wait another month or so you'll probably have a better selection b/c stores are starting to get their spring stuff in.
