i was out on saturday and i saw the cutest dress ever.  i have been thinking about it since then.  it's perfect for me, but i didn't get a chance to ask the girl where she bought it.  i was pretty sure it was trina turk, but i don't see it anywhere.  i thought you girls may be able to help.

the neck is like this, it's sleeveless, orange (lighter than the photo) with black white and yellow around the neck.  no beading or anything. mini dress.
