The top is a black satin really low cowl neck with 3/4 sleeves.

The shoes are royal blue suede d'orsay pumps.

The clutch is vintage and silver.

Also I would like to wear my fox fur jacket, but I'm also looking for other suggestions, too, for a jacket or coat.

I just need a bottom, I would like cropped pants, not guachos(they look weird on me) or a cute mini, maybe pinstripes, so wouldn't look so generic like everyone else out with their black pant, skirts, and dresses.  Since the countdown is on, I would prefer a brick and mortar store.  Thanks in advance!!!

ok here are some non-generic skirts from chain stores. i didn't see many cute minis. mostly just boring wool and cord ones.

from nordstrom
comes in black as well. kenzie, marked down to $29!
i think this is cute and different. it comes in black too. kenzie, $50something.

Thanks a lot, I love the last skirt!! I think I might get that for this spring!! However the festivities I will be going to will not be kind to that skirt, I'll get a drink spilled on it and have to fight someone, LOL.

i know, that is always my concern when planning NYE outfits. i kind of want to wear a cream cord skirt, but i fear for it's safety! i'm glad you like that skirt. i thought it might be a little too out there. it has an adorable french maid vibe.

if you hit up stores you'll probably find a lot of options. i didn't really look for cropped pants at all but i bet that would look cute too!
