OH NO! I think my filling came out! Need Advice!	Permalink Closed

Ack! What should I do? I think my filling came out... I just went to the dentist last week! I think it might have come out some time during the week last week but I am starting to feel sensitivity now... Well my question is, do you think I can wait until my next appointment? It's on Jan 8th. The only reason I am considering waiting is because my dental insurance ran out and everything I had done and iwll do on Jan 8 was back-billed (meaning billed under the time I was covered). So I am concerned if I go in now that I will have to pay mucho $$$$$$$$! Which I really don't have for this. Also I wonder about even possibly getting an appointment. I could use any advice! Thanks! __________________

call the DDS/DMD ASAP. s/he should repair/refill it w/out charging you b/c of the time frame. a good filling shouldn't fall out, especially w/in a week of placement. the longer you wait, the more prone to pain you'll be. __________________
