I voted for soot because I think the orange is too trendy for this item and the soot is a little less traditional than black but just as versatile. It is a very cute jacket! Let us know which one you get

That's a tough one...I think the orange is really cute, but I think I would get sick of the color. And the charcoal is nice too, but i like the black better than the charcoal...maybe it would be different if I saw them IRL...

While I like both the black and the orange one, I think you will get sick of the orange/not have enough to match it with (shoes, shirts, bag, etc.) Plus, I think the metallic-ness of it will make the orange or soot look a little outdated next year. I like the black the best- it is the most subtle, yet still cute because of the heart details.

I, too, am going to vote for black. I don't really like the other colors. The orange is too bright and the soot looks very strange to me. Black would be more versatile IMO.

i like orange. i'm assuming that this jacket is going to be paired with casual outfits, and i think the orange would add a nice burst of color.

I voted to black because I think it's the most simple color to wear for this coat IMO. The soot looks navy to me, and I think the orange is just too bright...so I vote for black.

I'm not really into puffy jackets or vests, nor am I really fond of Juicy, but I have to admit that this jacket is pretty cute. I vote for black. It is boring, but I think it isn't too boring b/c it is shiny. Plus you'll be able to throw it on with whatever you're wearing. The prison orange is cute too, but you might get sick of it after awhile.

I have a puffy orange vest that I've had for 3 years, and I find tons of cute outfits to wear with it.

I voted for soot b/c gray is a big favorite of mine right now, and it looks awesome with a lot of colors... just different enough from black. I like orange, but you'll get to wear the soot more - and it would look awesome if you wanted a dash of orange to wear an orange cashmere scarf with that great soot gray.

Thanks ladies! I went ahead and ordered the soot. By the way, how come I can't see the poll results? Do I need to vote in order to see them?

In theory it's what I want - something a bit different from my usual black yet neutral enough to match most of my wardrobe. I am a little wary of the shade because I haven't seen it in person, but I figure if I don't like it or it doesn't look good on my complexion I have a better chance of exchanging that for black rather than the other way around. Or so I hope.

I did forget to mention I already own a puffly black jacket. It's completely different though - it's Andrew Marc matte-black with a fur-trimmed hood.

I won't see the jacket for a couple of weeks since I'm going out of town but I'll post a review as soon as I get back!
