Grocery/Produce Bag
Permalink Closed

I'm looking for a reusable produce bag...the kind that looks like a net with a handle.  Anyone know what I'm talking about?  Does anyone know where I can find one.  I've looked at a couple different grocery stores and haven't seen them there.  I figured they have to be online somewhere.  Thanks!

Yep, that's what I'm looking for....I just thought they'd be a little cheaper.

It's not exactly like what you're looking for but I got one at Target for $1.49. They have them in all kinds of shapes and sizes. I chose the bigger one because I liked the closure on it the best. They have them on the end of an aisle, right at the start of the grocery/food section (regular Target).

You also might try calling around to some of your local food shops. They might have some as well.

The price is better on the ones collegegirl posted, but consider that they don't really seem to have a handle. If you are carrying a bunch of grocery bags at once (in our house we have to go from the garage, up two short flights of stairs to get to the kitchen), it might be hard to juggle them all and you'd end up making more trips. As long as that doesn't bother you...but it would me. Just something to consider.

BTW I have had string bags like these for more than ten years and they have held up very well. Only one has broken in all that time. And I've machine-washed them, too.

I've also seen these in the produce section of my New Seasons/Whole Foods.  $10-ish for 3 I think ...

Here's a grab bag of 5 net ones for $22, I think they're big though.
