help! i don't know what i want for xmas!

my husband is asking that dreaded question again.. "what do you want for christmas?" and i know this sounds awful, but i cant think of a thing.  oh sure, there plenty of stuff i lust after, but most of it can't afford or would just be too impractical to buy. i don't need jewelry, or electronics and he refuses to buy clothes for me (i have a closet full of nothing to wear). so i need some help- i've got everyone's gift picked out but my own- Suggestions? Thanks!

(and hello again to all the fashionhags!)

what about a nice pair of shoes or a bag? that isn't clothing, so he'd be willing, right?

or how about a gc for a massage, mani/pedi, or some other salon service?

I know exactly how you feel, I've been battling the same thing for the last month.  I ended up going with a diamond pendant and diamond studs, both princess cut, like me new ring.  I'm  letting him suprise me on the rest.  I guess I'm blessed to have everything  I want and need.  Is there one item you've been wanting to splurge on, but haven't convinced yourself of making the purchase, that may be something good to ask for, and without the guilt!

I had a whole list of stuff last night to give my dad: driving gloves, iTunes gift card, Target or Wal-Mart cards for school stuff, a couple DVDs, a CD....basically just stuff that I could get anytime I wanted, but I put it down for the sake of making a list.

So I finally made a list of 5 small-ish things and told him that what I'd like more than anything right now is to make my room an enjoyable space I can actually use and benefit from when I come home.

Is there something you'd like to do that could be a Christmas present...maybe go on a weekend away or set some money aside to do something for you're anniversary?

HTH!
