I don't know what it is about guys, but mine refuses to take care of his skin. Currently he has an acne breakout, and isn't doing anything about it. Can you guys recommend something that clears body acne? I've tried getting Neutrogena, but he didn't like it. I'm looking for either something I can buy, or something the doctor can prescribe. TIA!

salycylic acid and/or Retin-A should do the trick.

Oxy makes a body wash with 2% Salicylic Acid.  It would be something inexpensive to try.  Get him to use a pouf (blue so it will be manly ;) and make sure it gets washed every week.

Mario Badescu has a good AHA body wash that I used to use and I liked, and I also think Peter Thomas Roth has something too, and their packaging isn't girly, so perhaps they would work.
