There is a fun survey on careerbuilder where you can measure your own happiness or gruntledness based on certain aspects of your job and you can also see how your profession ranks in your city for gruntledness. LOL! I took it again, they sometimes ask different questions. Did you see the NGI where you can see the overall adverage per city for different occupations? It is hysterical!

Did you try measuring it against the National Gruntledness Index? You may still be above adverage in your area for your position.
