Who on here is the lawyer for a hospital? Would you mind if I PM'd you? This is a career I'm curious about. Right now, I work for the gov't in DC doing disability benefits law with the rare medical malpractice case. I've learned a ton about medical terminology and how a government health care system works, and am thinking about what kind of non law firm jobs I could get if I left DC. TIA!
Its funny, for some reason this post popped into my head later and I though, wait, its Jahni that works for the hospital. I guess its because you guys are friends I got it mixed up.
Yep, I am a lawyer for several hospitals, but I work for a law firm that has hospitals as clients (actually their insurance companies). Jahni is the inhouse counsel/risk manager. She is dodging risk left and right!
