one night in the next week or so i will be making dinner for a crush who i haven't seen in two years (at his place) ..............don't know why i agreed to it b/c i have gained weight........i need a sexy sweater to wear with jeans + knee boots that i won't feel fat in- any ideas? ($250 budget- online stores are fine)

How do you feel about something empire waist or babydoll? Something with a v-neck to playup cleavage, but that doesn't cling to any tummy. I'll keep a look out.

What part of your upper body could you feature with your sweater choice?

If you have time to try stuff on, try both loose and fitted styles and see what works best.

I've seen that sweater! Its sold out where I live. Is it kensie? Where did you find it, if you don't mind my asking?
I agree- its super flattering, as is the other kenzie sweater that came around about the same time, with tight sleeves and long torso (unfortunately I haven't been able to find it online anywhere)..

Actually, it's from Banana Republic.
Sorry, it wasn't obvious from the model.  In any case, Kenzie did one this year that was almost identical, which would in fact be my recommendation.  Good choice!
