I remember someone had posted a website where you upload your pic and can try on a bunch of different celebrity hairstyles?  Can someone please post that site again?  TIA!!!

On the clairol site you can try on different hair styles and color, but I don't think it is the celebrity one you are looking for. Here is the link though in case you want to check it out:
