I got my elliptical back!  I got my elliptical back!  Happy Dance!  Oh, no, too much jiggling for the happy dance yet.  Happy smile!  Nothing jiggles when you smile!

B:  Cream of wheat, orange, coffee

L:  Udon noodles w/light peanut sauce, red peppers and broccoli

S:  Apple

D:  Veggie enchiladas, black beans, brown spanish rice

E:  30 minute walk with the puppy, 20 minutes on elliptical

me too! I have an elliptical and cannot seem to drag my butt on it in the moring -- too tired in the PM...

B: quaker weight watchers oatmeal (with 8g of protein!)
S: cluster of grapes
L: bowl of polish borscht (beet) soup, 6 saltines
S: sugarfree gum (munching on it now)
D: either a pita with hummus or celery with peanut butter -- not sure yet
E: nothing hmm.gif

B: a mini hot pretzel with a little bit of cheese
L: a lunchable (ham, cheese, crackers, and Hi-C)(I know I'm a dork but I love lunchables so much!), 5 low-fat triscuits with hummus
D: ???

E: yoga. I'm going to bust out my new yoga tape (yep, tape! It's a VHS! I'm in love with this series of yoga videos that came out like 15 years ago, you can only get them on VHS)

B: Egg and Turkey Bacon
Snack: banana
Lunch: Chicken Breast and Asparagus
Snack: Mini Baby Ruth (:() and PB Sandwich
Dinner: Wrap with lettuce, feta, olives, hummus, carrots, tomatoes and a sprinkle of greek dressing

E: 1 hour spin class, arms and chest with weights

B: egg substitute, ff slice of cheese, rf toast
L: 2 flax rf waffles, 2 tablespoons rf pb
S: CocoaVia chocolate covered almonds (only 130 calories per package - so yummy!)
D: ww pasta, roasted garlic pasta sauce, soy meatballs
E: none. boo. I had to cancel last minute for late work.
