FP, we've pretty much decided on Miriam Elise.  My husband's grandma made a joke that a modern girl would probably just go by, Elise.  I still like the name Miriam though (taken from the biblical story of Moses, it was his sister).  Her initials will be M.E.G. so my husband keeps referring to her as Meg.
