Want a "New Mom" gift for my sis...

My sister had her first child a few weeks ago, and I'd like to get her something. I was considering getting her a piece of jewelry with her sons birthstone (peridot), but now I'm starting to think that may be lame.

She has everything she needs for the baby, and I've been making food for her and her finace every week so she don't have to worry about dinners. What can I give to her that would be meaningful and nice, without being to cheesy and baby-tastic?

Any ideas?

How about treating her out to a nice day with getting a massage, nails or hair done. If you could get somebody to watch the baby, you could go with her!

My mother-in-law at the time gave me a lovely small porcelain (I think) sculpture of a mother holding her infant. And on the bottom she had his birthday inscribed. I know it's something I treasure, so maybe?
