So I saw Sephorablue's link to her blog yesterday and I wondered how many of us here have blogs?
I have one that originally started as a Christmas wish list last year, and now it's evolved into a kind of online idea board. Mine is http://ihavetohaveit.blogspot.com.
I just started one a couple weeks ago. It's fun! I decided to do it after I'd emailed the same piece of information I was excited about to three separate groups of friends, and thought, "you know what, this is stupid, if I post it on a blog I will only have to write it once!" So far I've mostly written about fashion and style stuff, with some TV and music and general stream of consciousness (also gratuitous pictures of gorgeous men--dressed, not playgirl style!). I also started it as a place to dump out all my excitement over various nerdy topics, like history or books, that I'm interested in. Hence the title, the Nerdy Fashionista.
ETA: I also like it as a way to pass on cool web sites or blogs to my friends. Like I Can Has Cheezburger (so stupid and hilarious) and The Sartorialist and so on.
That is so weird. I just started one a little over a week ago. It's about different kinds of leadership and those who prefer alternatives to the traditional ideal of leadership.
I have a lot of things on my mind, but I'm having trouble deciding on how to organize it all.
I don't have a blog- mainly because my boyfriend would eventually find out and laugh at me! Can't have that. Also, cause well...I'm too witty to share with the internet, it might pee itself and then where would we be?
But I must say...Sephorablue! I love yours...I've been reading since (I think) you put your tag on your signature. You rock! And darling Squishy! You rock just as much. I love the way your brain works.

I just started writing on mine regularly last month (although I've been slow this month). I can't figure out what to focus on, given most days I just want to bitch about bad elevator etiquette.

Anyone else?
I like your blog We share a love for John Derian. I noticed Stylethread does this too, but when you click on a link, it doesn't bring it up on its own page. So if someone is reading your blog, they will be led from it and most likely won't navigate back to your site. Does blogger have this feature? I use typepad and they provide a widget so your links open on their own page.
I just started one! And whew, it was not easy for a novice like me. I'm trying to make my weight loss journey as public as possible as a motivator. I weigh more than I ever have and I need to do something about it (hopefully before I turn 30).

When I'm reading your blog, I could be reading about myself! My weight loss goal is also 130 and I weigh around what you do, wierd! I'll def. be checking in on your blog from now on.
I finally got around to closing down several old ones and starting a new one that I *fingers crossed* hope I'll be able to update regularly. Nothing thrilling...just whatever comes to mind. I also do LJ but have been taking a prolonged hiatus from writing in it.
SO funny! I just FINALLY posted pix of my kitchen and bathroom in the house topic section here and was hesitant bc I used a link to my blog and wasn't sure if we could "advertise" in that way. I don't sell anything, or even have ads, on my blog, I just ramble about NYC events, and shopping and restaurants and my life.
I have one I started for an English class I took and our big assignment was to write a blog. I wanted to keep it going just to keep my grammar in gear. However, I can see some of my posts have really embarrasing grammar skills. I've been meaning to update it and didnt do it until now.
