I would google or try overstock.com.

I have been using them for awhile, as they are better for your hair than cotton pillow cases.

I had a hard time finding ones I liked for an affordable price, so if you don't care about color, you can just go the fabric store and get some silk and make a pillowcase yourself. That's what I did and it was really easy.
