Cocktail Ring Website - found it!

A few weeks ago, I read about an artist who made cocktail rings. What made them unique was that the ring was open at the top w/ an elastic going across the top and a flower-ish looking bead decoration. I can't remember the name of the site or the name of the person who made the rings, so google isn't helping. The rings look kind of like this one from artedesigns.com, but this isn't the same site. They were around $60-$80. Help?
