we moved to a greek neighborhood in december (astoria, NY) and have fallen head over heels for lemon potatoes.  anyone have a good recipe for this?

they seem to be peeled, quartered, and maybe roasted, with a nice, lemon-y finish to them. really good!

Oh, those sound delicious.  I bet you could recreate with roasting and grating a little lemon zest into the olive oil that you roast the potatoes with?  Maybe there's a recipe on Epicurious.com?

i checked epicurious and they didn't have one -- but food network did. :)

they really are delicious!  kittenheels, great idea with adding lemon zest to the olive oil.  i'll try that.
