so i woke up yesterday and i felt my face and it had tiny little bumps everywhere! it feels like a rash and is kinda red, but it doesnt hurt or itch. the only way to really tell that its there is to feel my face. i thought it would go away in a couple of hours but i still have it today. i have no idea what its from!? i didnt do anything out of the ordinary to case an allergic reaction....i was helping my bf move from one apt to the other all day and thats it. does anyone know what it could be? thanks!!

Something similar happened to me a few months ago. I never figured out what caused it, but I just stopped putting anything on my face (aside from a very light sunscreen) and it went away in a few days. Maybe stress or product overload? Or allergies from the dust/moving?

Did you change shampoos or hair products?? I got a rash one time like this and the dr told me it was from my shampoo!!

I have this rash right now!  Mine itches sometimes.   I've had it a couple days and figured it must be coming from my new foundation because it's only on the areas I put foundation.  It was the Estee Lauder stuff I just got so I hope they let me return it!
