Ok, so i have this grey Burberry checked kilt that I absolutely LOVE, but its wool....

 

Is it alright to wear wool skirts in spring? Or is that a fashion faux-"pah"?

 

Or if its alright, would I have to pair it with something very spring-ish?

 

What are your takes on this?

I think that it's certainly okay to wear lightweight wool in the springtime and summer, but a grey checked kilt does sound pretty wintery to me.

I have a lightweight wool suit that would is appropriate pretty much year-round but agree that the plaid wool kilt sounds a bit too heavy for the warmer seasons.

ditto. The fabic looks too heavy and "blankety" for spring.
