I have these - the roped platform version of those in red:

I sized up because the reviews said they were narrow at the toes.  If you have a narrow foot though, I think your regular size is ok.  However, the strap kept sliding off in the beginning, and I thought about getting those strap thingies from Target, but after I wore them a few times, the problem went away, maybe my foot swells when I walk??  I think they were less than $60 from Zappos, they price matched UO's website price.  They're super high, but I'm used to wearing heels and I can walk in them just fine.  They're real patent leather, IMO they dont have that plasticky fake patent thing going on, I really like them and wear them all the time.
