Does this dress  look okay on me?  The fabric on the ties are very wide so I folded them in half and doubled it around my waist. Here it is with it tied in the back. The wind was blowing so it made the back  look funny

I like it. It's got a retro look. I think I prefer the tie in front, but either/or.

How's the quality?

ETA: a black belt would be cute too.

Suasoria the fabric is a thinner cotton but its not see through. I think its good for the price, I got it for 35.00. The ties are attached to the dress so wearing a belt is not possible

Lookin'Good.
A few thoughts...curl up the ends of the hair and try the tie on one side of your waist. I think it will look great that way.
