I saw this bag at Target yesterday and I really liked it. I need something to carry around San Fran and use a bit in the summer. I don't want anything expensive, since I'll be traveling with it. What do you think? Yellow or white?

in theory i like the idea of a yellow bag, but this one (at least in the picture) looks too bright for me.  so i'd go with the white on this one.
