How do you use PayPal to accept money from someone else?  I have an account already.  I am selling some ink cartridges to a company who buys them, he asked me if I accept PayPal.  He said a PayPal payment has been sent and gave me this ID #: ID #2FU279706U847632L
But, I never gave him any of my PayPal account information, so how does he know how to send it.
I am very confused, please help.
As of now there is no $ in my account.

You can send paypal $$ via email address. So if he knows your email address, he could send you the $$$. Does your paypal email and the one he contacts you on the same? If so, you should see the money shortly.
