I went to my local Target to look for this top and I couldn't find it. Does anyone know if this top has already gone out to stores?

I haven't seen it, but it's cute! My friend has one like that she bought in France last year and I envy her completely. I wish I cold wear one myself but I refuse to go braless...sigh
