was anyone else disappointed in the finale, i already knew Heidi was moving out from the commercials. i felt like there was no real finale. and the after show party....it wasnt even about the Hills, it was just one giant promotion for the other new shows on Monday night like Taquita and Kaui!
ohh...and you totally saw audrina's pink undies when she was getting onto the chair, poor girl..

They interviewed Heidi on MTV Canada and asked her that. She said she hated the dog and gave her back to Jordan. After seeing the interview with her (it was actually a phone interview) I think she's kind of a tool.
I liked the finale, but the after party show was LAME. THey only spent like 10 minutes on the Hills girls and then spent the rest of the show on random people like Hilary Duff and some other reality star people. So disappointing.
I felt the same way it was not like a finale. It wasn't as good as the all the other episodes either. Its sad that Heidi and Lauren are no longer friends all because of spencer! Is it just me or does Lauren go through friends like outfits? Its like she surrounds herself with flakes sometimes and then expects too much from them, however she's very quick to dismiss them and on to the new which makes her seem a little cold. I wasted my time on that after show I could've been sleeping! I am going to miss the show I wonder if they're doing another season?
Nothing really surprised me about the finale, since it didn't even feel like one. You already knew that Heidi was going to move out with Spencer from the commercials, so no big surprise there. I am just waiting for Spencer to screw her over after she moves in with him. After watching the so-called after party for 5 minutes, I just turned off the TV. It wasn't even devoted to The Hills, it was more like a shameless plug of the other new show, which looks bad to begin with.

I agree. It could be the editing putting her in a bad light, but she needs to realize that as they get older, her friends might want to live with their boyfriends instead of her or might unintentionally hurt her (like Jenn).
I think maybe they're doing another season, since they called it a season finale? However, I think they called the last episode of the season 3 of Laguna a season finale, yet I don't know that LB will be returning. So, this is a convoluted way of saying I don't know. I kind of hope so, though.

I think Lauren has acted like a total bitch this season to Heidi. I don't like Spencer either, but it's Heidi's choice to date him. I think Lauren acts like a bitter, spoiled brat, who's jealous that Heidi has a boyfriened and she doesn't. that's life man, you grow up, have serious boyfriends and spend more time w/them. She should be happy for Heidi instead of telling her they can't be friends anymore because she has a boyfriend. She's a hypocrite too, because she moved out of their apartment last summer to live w/Jason.
That being said, I also think Heidi's a total idiot for moving in w/Spencer. He's such a tool, and I'm sure he'll screw her over. She has got the worst taste in men!
It totally seems like Lauren just dismisses her friends very easily - Heidi, Jen, I'm sure Whitney and Audrina will be next if they look at her the wrong way.
I definitely liked last season of the Hills better.

That's horrible! I was worried about the dog when she got it. She didn't seem like she understood that caring for a dog is actually a responsibility that isn't always glamorous.
i agree w/all the lauren bashing- i'm not a fan of her. that said, i don't think she was so bad this episode and in the afterparty. i actually think it was really rude for heidi to say, "oh that's exciting- you'll find a roommate that will be around!" and Spencer is RIDICULOUS. I can't even believe it- a homeboy phone? I wonder if this was MTV's creation? I think Heidi is a sweet flakey type. Its almost like you can't fault her for it- she just smiles and nods when everyone was telling her what a bad idea it was to live w/spencer. i agree that you can't get mad at people for living w/their bfs, but i DO think its rude to your friends to disappear when in a relationship.
See even though I say Lauren is quick to dismiss, and totally hating on Heidi for having her own life. I do think Lauren is a sweet girl who's developed a hard shell from being around fakes her whole social life. Frankly it's sad she can't recognize them yet! I mean both Heidi and Lauren pick Losers for boyfriends. Lauren definetly needs to stop going for kristens seconds for one thing. And on the AFTER SHOW Lauren said they are definetly things I wasn't aware of until I watched the show. I think she was refering to seeing Heidi pushing Jen into hooking up with Brody. That is the straw that broke the camel's back!
I though the finale was boring as well as the "after show". I still love Lauren even though she was kinda mean to Heidi. I don't think she went overboard though.
